Stayed in this great value and nicely designed hotel during the trip. The staff were exceptionally attentive, we had a friendly check in and a fast check-out. The breakfast was complimentary, comprehensive with warm dishes available. All in all our stay was lovely, no complaints whatsoever.

The location is unbeatable and amazing and they have parking nearby.

Contemporary and en suite unit in modern minimalist style, amicable staff. Marvellous and lovely location for our needs, short walk to very convenient if taking express train to-and-from Heathrow airport, a quiet square called Talbot Square yet 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station and trains, underground and buses.

It offers exceptional service. The location is incredible and particularly good, to Big Red Bus stop.

i had an a decent size and newly decorated room with a modern decor. the view of the city was lovely, as well as very central location near to paddington and hyde park. i ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.

The hotel was fairly clean based in a chic style building with knowledgeable and sincere staff. Well-maintained rooms with 4 beds and GREAT service.

The hotel was fairly clean and functional, had lovely views over the gardens. Continental breakfast had a good choice of options, like tea, cereals, pastries, and cheese. The location was good and absolutely perfect because it was really close to a quiet square called Talbot Square, the adjacent Indigo restaurant, and Lancaster Gate / Hyde park.

The cosy double room is newly remodelled and has climate control and electric outlets.

Decent sized and newly decorated unit with an electric kettle and refrigerators. Magnificent very central location, right by Lancaster Gate Tube stops, Paddinghton station/Heathrow express and Paddington Station 1 minute walk.

The staff at Mercure London Hyde Park Hotel were fantastic. They upgraded our room to a larger one when it wasn't ready, and the manager was professional and understanding when we had a room mix-up. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room itself was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The free WiFi had a great connection, which kept my teenagers happy. I would recommend this hotel for a city stay.
